Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico

Modern commerce blends with traditional folk culture all along the Baja's Transpeninsular Highway. Here a vendor has planted herself beside an Oxxo (Mexico's equivalent of 7-11). She's selling palm-sized piles of pork and chicken, wrapped in corn dough, and steamed inside corn-husk envelopes. What are these popular "wrapped things" called? [2016]
