African penguins,
flamingos, and
white pelicans are the birds that visitors love the most, so zoos everywhere put them near the entrance or in some other attention-grabbing location. At Zoo Antwerpen, one of the oldest in Europe, the penguin colony has an open environment right in the middle of the menagerie. [2015]
