Mexico City, DF, Mexico

On the east side of Mexico City's Zócalo, or central plaza, is the National Palace, seat of governmental power. The palace facade extends one long and lifeless block. It's repetitiously boring, monochromatically colorless, and has the impact of one long, run-on sentence without punctuation. Agree? [2008]
